Hello, my name is Shawnda Washington, and I am the owner of Shawnda’s Elderly Care. Established in 2008 supported by friends and family, this company has dedicated itself to compassionate elder care for over eleven years.
My motivation for founding Shawnda’s Elderly Care stems from firsthand experience with the challenges of caring for loved ones facing health concerns. My journey began in 1996, when my mother was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Navigating critical healthcare decisions during this time provided me with invaluable insight into the complexities families encounter. This experience led me to pursue a Medical Assistant degree, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive support to our clients.

Our team consists of dedicated, likeminded professionals who share a passion for supporting individuals and their families through challenging times.
